Join us on Saturday, August 17th at 10am for a Goat Exercise Class at the Sunflower Trail.
Kicking off our morning at the Sunflower Trail with a Goat Exercise Class is a unique and entertaining fitness experience that combines traditional exercise routines with the playful presence of goats.
Participants gather in a designated outdoor or indoor space, ready to embark on their goat fitness adventure. Before diving into the workout, the instructor introduces the class to the friendly goats that will be joining them. Participants learn about the goats' behavior and are encouraged to interact with them throughout the session.
When the class concludes with a period of goat playtime, allowing participants to interact freely with the goats, petting them, and perhaps even attempting some yoga poses or playful activities together.
A goat exercise class offers not only a fun and memorable fitness experience but also a chance to connect with nature and animals in a lighthearted and enjoyable way.
